My crew and I fly into Denver often for medical transports, which means we’ve stayed in more hotels than I can count. This one has become a favorite for all of us. The grounds feel unusually peaceful, with tall trees and a koi pond in the center. If you ask the front desk, they’ll even give you food so you can feed the fish. I love that the whole place has character and doesn’t feel sterile. I hope they never change that. The rooms are beautiful, and the bed is wonderfully comfortable.

Everything about this hotel is amazing…..the staff, breakfast, rooms, ambiance, and the price! The decor and atrium style garden very much feels like a Hawaiian or Polynesian hotel. A note for the ownership——please do not change your property to a Sheraton. It will be such a disservice to yourselves and legacy of this hotel.

First off, I do like this hotel. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The bathrooms are amazing. HOWEVER, a hotel of this class should not have electrical outlets in the lamps or the wall that are worn out so bad that a standard charger cannot connect to the electricity to charge devices. The hotel needs to hire an electrician to change out the electrical outlets. It’s ridiculous. I’ve been coming to this hotel for eight+ years and it has not improved at all. It has only gotten worse. Furthermore, LED and LCD TVs are super cheap these days. The TV’s at the hotel are tiny and do not fit the space. It looks terrible. They need at least 60 inch TVs if not bigger for how big the space is. Management needs to heed this review and do something about it.

The hotel itself is beautiful! Our room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. I especially enjoyed a long, relaxing soak in the large tub. Unfortunately, the front desk experience didn’t match the quality of the accommodations. The employees who checked us in were efficient but cold, avoiding eye contact and focusing solely on their computer screens. When we checked out, the staff member at least made eye contact, but their demeanor was still distant and impersonal.

This was a GREAT find. These rooms really are nice, and the staff is SO helpful. I had an issue with how I booked my room and Seth sorted it out and all staff was informed. It was a seamless check in. Even the shuttle drivers are especially kind and helpful. Im looking forward to my next stay there

Soo much noise coming from outside directly into the room as you are trying to get some sleep. Do NOT recommend if you want a quiet place, the rooms have french doors facing the courtyard where they have late night parties, so there is no noise filtering. Called the front desk, nothing they could do about it after putting me on hold for a long time. Hard pass on this hotel.
