am writing this review with deep disappointment regarding the experience I had today, 4th September 2025, on Flight EK730 at Entebbe Airport. The Emirates manager on duty conducted herself in a manner that was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Her behavior not only disrespected me personally but also caused frustration to many passengers, several of whom had to raise their voices in order to be heard. As a frequent flyer with Emirates, I have always valued the excellent service your airline is known for. At Boston Logan Airport, for example, the manager there has consistently been welcoming, respectful, and understanding—qualities that reflect the Emirates brand and the reason I have remained loyal for years. Sadly, my experience in Entebbe was the complete opposite. The manager there (a Kenyan, not even Ugandan) was impolite and unhelpful, leaving passengers feeling unwelcome. This experience has forced me to reconsider my loyalty to Emirates, which I never imagined would happen. I strongly believe this matter deserves immediate attention from your team, and I would appreciate a response regarding how such incidents will be addressed in the future.

Emirates has always been one of my favorite airlines especially for First and business class. The service is impeccable! The food is gourmet and the entertainment is second to none. Their first class has the biggest tv screen on any plane in the world. The Boston Emirates Lounge was surprisingly fantastic and I was shocked at how good the food was. This is one airline that doesn’t disappoint on any level. I highly and comfortably recommend to everyone flying the friendly skies! Safe travels ✈️

Extremely disappointing experience with Emirates customer service, date Sep 22nd 2025. I’ve been a loyal Emirates passenger for years, flying the Boston–Dubai route annually, and I’ve always appreciated their service until this trip. I had a layover in Dubai lasting more than 12 hours and was promised accommodation. Upon arrival, I was told that I should have collected my hotel voucher back in Boston something no one informed me of at check-in. The Dubai staff simply said there was nothing they could do and left me with two options: spend over 12 hours in the airport or pay for a hotel myself. I filed a complaint, hoping Emirates would resolve this internally since I genuinely prefer flying with them, but the response I received was dismissive and placed the blame on me. That’s not the kind of accountability or care I expect from an airline of this caliber. It’s honestly disappointing. I never thought I’d say this, but this experience has completely changed how I view Emirates. Will definitely not fly with Emirates again.

The food is better than other airlines, even in economy the seats are comfortable and the ceilings over the ailes have lights that glow during the night like a sky full of stars.

Do not book with Emirates! You will find better options with other airlines. I have been traveling for past 23 years internationally and have used many different airlines but experience with Emirates was the worst. I traveled from USA to India. During my flight from Boston to Dubai, i got food poisoning by the food they served. So i didn’t eat anything in my connecting flight from Dubai to India. When I came back from India to the US, they told me I couldn’t take my laptop bag as I already had a carry on bag. To make it clear, i came from Boston with my laptop bag and the carry on. Obviously I couldn’t leave my laptop bag so I paid extra amount of money to check in my carry on. I have never been told this by any of the airlines I have used. It seems like Emirates thinks that they can change these rules however and whenever they want to, which is fine but I belong to a 25+ members family who travel frequently in between Boston and India. From this moment on I will never use Emirates and I will make sure that anyone I meet who wishes to travel internationally does not end up using Emirates.
