Boston Logan Airport was quite busy at security, but everything moved fairly smoothly. The terminal itself was impressively neat and clean, which made the overall experience pleasant. The waiting areas were comfortable and well-maintained, offering a relaxed vibe before boarding. There’s a small duty-free section—not huge, but enough for a quick browse. Overall, a solid airport experience with room for minor improvements in crowd management.

The airport is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. Security and check-in lines move quickly, and staff are friendly and helpful. There are plenty of food options, comfortable seating areas, and charging stations throughout the terminals. Signs are clear, making it simple to find gates and baggage claim. Overall, a smooth and stress-free travel experience one of the better airports in the U.S.!

This is my new favorite airport in America. I Had a really smooth experience at Terminal E. Security was quick and easy, which made getting through stress-free. The British Airways lounge was great with plenty of seating and a nice variety of food options. The shuttle bus between terminals was fast, convenient, and made it simple to get around. Overall, everything felt well organized and traveler-friendly.

Not bad experience for taking a flight, the line wasn't long but it was so slow. The airpot was clean and cool. Not many food options at the American Airlines terminal B 1, but the computer work stations are great.

A real true landmark, over 100 years old. Boston Logan International Airport opened on September 8, 1923, as "Boston Airport" or "Jeffrey Field" and was initially used by the Massachusetts Air National Guard and the U.S. Army Air Corps. Commercial passenger service began in 1927, and the airport was officially renamed in honor of General Edward Lawrence Logan in 1943. The airport has since expanded significantly, becoming a major transatlantic hub and undergoing modernization projects, including the addition of a new runway in 2006.

Very enjoyable airport! Flew both in and out on a conference in Rhode Island. Had better flight options from Madison, Wisconsin, and getting through security was a breeze. Part of it was related to the government shut down, but it was very easy and manageable. I have traveled through a number of times, and would happily come back. The only bummer is that they don’t have a great coffee shop. I hope that changes soon.

I visited Boston twice in 2025 from Doha on Qatar Airways on Terminal E, first visit in April and the second visit was on June. I was totally shocked about the professional services starting from the guidance staff until the exit gate to Boston. Very quick service from deport the plane Less than 5 min at passport control 🛂 3 minutes at US Customs and Border Protection for customs clearance. Passport control officers are so nice and friendly and helpful even the customs officers are so polite. I do recommend if you want to start your journey in United States 🇺🇸 start from Boston.
