Extremely frustrating experience with IRCTC Air. First, it always says 'fare not available' whenever you try to click on book tickets. Second, you are never able to select the seats. The ticket stays 'under processing' forever and then they send a shady mail stating that they weren't able to book the ticket, and will take forever to refund (I'm yet to get it after 5 days!). Besides, not everyone has the kind of money to try booking international flight tickets twice in a row, but can't help due to government mandate to use either IRCTC or BL or ATT - the later two never responded at all. On IRCTC site, I could atleast see the flight timetable!
