My husband and I just had the most positive experience at the Winston-Salem North drivers license offices. We had an appointment booked but his appt hadn’t gotten approved because he forgot to confirm it online - they put him through the system anyway and we never waited any longer than 5 minutes during each stage of the process. Every single person who helped us was welcoming, kind and helpful and we were in and out having to both take our theory and practical tests - it took just over one hour in total.

I had an amazing experience at the DMV today, all thanks to the wonderful lady working at Station 2. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful honestly the best person I’ve ever met at the DMV. She treated me with respect and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. People like her are rare, and I truly believe God should bless everything in her life. She deserves all the good things this world has to offer. Thank you for making my day better! 🙏

I visited this license place this morning. I recently moved from Florida and there have been no appointments. Knowing that the lines have been long I got there at 6:15. I was the 6th person in line. By the time the doors opened at 7 there were close to 25 people waiting. The office has such a smooth process to handle the influx of people. They brought us into the office and we were checked in and given a ticket. The woman handling the check in desk was so quick she made sure you had everything that you needed. Mrs. Rice helped me once I went back to actually get my license. She was absolutely incredible. She was so nice during the process. They should train people based on how she interacts with the public because she was amazing!

Was scared to renew my license, but ended up being so easy here! Got there around 6:50 in the morning and was out the door by 7:35am with no appointment. On top of that I was helped by a lady with short curly hair who was the absolute sweetest! Wish I could’ve gotten her name but definitely recommend this place!

I renewed my license this morning. You know everyone hates to go and wait, and wait, and wait. I was able to make an appointment this time. I waited, maybe one minute from entering the door till I was called to a window. I must say that everyone I came in contact with were very pleasant and friendly. The complete thing only maybe 10 mi uses. That includes answering my questions, taking my picture and the eye test. It may have taken longer but if it did, I didn't realize it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
