Its a staurday and the airport is really easy to navigate, I love it. Hobby gets a bad wrap but direct flights to Denver through Southwest are cheap and plentiful... security was a breeze, food options are good, restrooms are clean.

Easy airport to traverse because it isn’t very large. I can’t speak for parking because I have only been dropped off/picked up. The Lyft/Uber experience is better here than many airports I have been to. It’s right next to the terminal so you don’t have to walk far. They have a wide array of food and shops including a candy store!

Good airport for domestic flights Atmosphere is busy. Plan your airport arrival ahead. There is 30-50min security checkpoint line.

I saw a plaque saying it’s a 5-star rated airport, and I can understand why. The Southwest terminal was well-staffed for checked luggage, and TSA moved people through efficiently. I appreciated not having to remove my laptop during screening. The only downside was an interaction with a TSA agent who seemed frustrated when I didn’t immediately hear her instructions to fill my bin with more items. I know policies differ from airport to airport, and not everyone travels frequently, so a little patience would go a long way. That said, I understand the agents have an important job keeping travelers safe, and sometimes that comes with a firm tone. Beyond that, the airport was clean and easy to navigate. I enjoyed the art displays throughout the terminal and really liked that there was no need to take a tram between gates. The pillar signs showing which restaurants are in each terminal were also a nice touch. Overall, a smooth and pleasant airport experience with just a minor hiccup at security.

I find this airport to be clean, easy to get through TSA and friendly staff. The baggage area is under construction which takes away from the experience. The customs area was quick and easy. Nice plane watching while waiting on our flight.

First time flying through this airport and on the way out to baggage claim, this airport has so much stuff to look at! Memorabilia from decades ago and a true blast from the past showcasing airplane/airline history as well as rodeo and state fair history. It was so fun walking through and looking at everything they’ve collected over the years. This airport is well kept and way finding signs are easy to follow. Great airport to fly in and out of!

Make sure you tell Crystal "Good morning" before you say anything else to her. I would put her in my top 10 list of the most disrespectful people I've ever met in my life. She was standing at the "Help desk" sign. So we walked up asked her a question. She glared and said "Good morning", we were lost and confused and smiled and repeated our question. She glared harder and raised her voice at us, again she said "GOOD MORNING!?!?-- I'm not going to talk to you until you say Good Morning!!!!". We were absolutely blown away with her attitude. It said help desk, not attitude desk. Once we said "Good morning" back to her, she answered our simple question. This lady should not work in customer service. She should not be seen by customers or guests. She should be loading luggage on and off the planes if she cannot talk to people with dignity and respect.

Medium-sized airport. Pretty easy to navigate. There's one central security passage so I'm sure it can get pretty backed up. We were a bit confused because all of the flights said "Southwest" and we were flying with another airline. It seems like the departure board doesn't reflect other airline info so we thought we were in the wrong concourse...there is only one concourse. Once we got that out of the way, everything was fine. Gift store prices were actually not terrible. They just lack a variety of stores and restaurants. It's nice that they have free lady products available in the bathroom for emergencies and such. The rideshare area is also clearly marked for navigation.
