WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH ANY AIRLINE! There is no way to contact customer relations. They play a game of ping pong where you email them and they keep sending the same response with no answer to your question. Calling the 1-800 is a waste of time. They have no answers and no resolutions. Lufthansa owes me money and every time I ask how much they are reimbursing me, I get no answer, instead they keep sending a blank form saying the same thing over and over again. Super frustrating and annoying to say the least. Lufthansa Feedback- Sent on March 23, 2025 I am writing this feedback because I had a horrible experience with Lufthansa yesterday. This event not only affected me, but at least 30 other passengers. Our flight 691 left Tel Aviv late, scheduled at 5:15am actually left at 5:28am and should have arrived at 8:55am, actually arrived at 9:01am. We arrived in Frankfurt airport with less than an hour transit time of going through the long security line and the gate positioned on the other side of the airport which was ridiculous. To put the gate that far from the point of entry was absolutely a recipe for disaster and a sure way for passengers to miss flights. There was no logic put into that at all. Also to put an hour between that kind of scenario is insane. All the checkpoints that I was stopped at to scan my passport en route to the gate were insane. I ran and I saw others trying to run too, to in the end get all the way to Z69 the gate at the edge of that huge airport, and to all be told the gate is closed and that we can't get on the flight. It was extremely sad to see us all get denied one by one and to top it off the flight left late, so there wasn't any reason for us not to be able to board. This was by far the absolute worst experience with any airline that I've flown with. The Lufthansa staff at the desk was so cold and lack of understanding made it even worse. When something like this happens that is beyond our control, you just expect a little empathy from the airline, especially when it's the airline's fault. The disorganization of this whole ordeal with our flight leaving and arriving late and the extremely far location of our gate was just unreal. I had a business class ticket for an 11 hour flight and it turned into an absolute nightmare. After the flight was missed, I had to sit in a long queue to wait to be given a ticket that I had to be rerouted to Newark New Jersey, which is nowhere close to my home, where I had to go through customs and re-check my bag, which is huge inconvenience- not to mention the flight was not straight through to my destination and the second flight had no business class options, when my original ticket was all business. To top it off the United flight was delayed for over an hour and we arrived in Houston really late. Just an absolute nightmare and I want to be compensated for everything that I had to endure that revolved around me missing my original flight. I am asking for the refund of my ticket back, the amount I paid to upgrade for business, the food I paid for in Newark, uber ride from the airport, and lastly compensation for the emotional distress of the entire ordeal. I really hope that this is taken seriously and that this is looked into and investigated properly in hopes of no other passengers having to endure such an ordeal. This was my 1st time flying with this airline and this ruined my experience.

Been trying to get our luggage back for over 4 days. They say it is still missing. Have sent them the AirTag link and still can't find it. Claudia refuses to call back. Swissport won't answer calls. Spirit(should have known better) shares a luggage desk with them and they don't answer calls. Can not believe an airline is still allowed to misplace luggage this many times and this bad without any accountability. This is almost like stolen property at this point. Lazy. Do it all the way. Not half way. Update. Got our bags delivered to after waiting with minimal to no answers for 6 days. Final text we got was the delivery driver mentioning they are an independent service and asking for a tip. Attached the last picture. Kicking the rating up to a 2 because we got the bags back.

I had the most pleasant check in service! I was treated like I was flying business class instead of economy. :) I was struggling with my bags and the the people who typically mill about helped me get to the ticket counter, and the ticket counter rep was polite, helpful and friendly. Made everything a breeze!

Worst experience ever. Least helpful staff and no one helped us with wheelchair accessibility. Absolutely the least professional and high staff I could happen across.

Flight from Budapest to Munich and then to Houston arrived on time. The airline is better than US airlines but the service is subpar compared to Qatar, Emirates or Turkish Airlines. Prices are expensive considering what kind of service is included for what you pay.
