I had a positive experience flying with Caribbean Airlines from Fort Lauderdale to Port of Spain. The courteous and friendly staff made our trip to Trinidad and Tobago enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free meal and drink during the flight as a complimentary part of the flight. I recommend considering Caribbean Airlines for future travel to and from Fort Lauderdale and their other destinations.

I like Caribbean, they have a good record. The attendants are ok. I was pulled aside to have a special security check done on me. I was totally embarrassed. The guard was so insensitive. I got checked for drugs, and who knows what else. They should go for the criminals and not decent law abiding people as myself.

Customer services does not show any type of remorse towards cancellations and they charge $150.00 extra dollars to make changes to your tickets on top of what you already paid. Then they’ll only refund your taxes and keep your money regardless. HORRIBLE BUSINESS POLICIES.

Great service from friendly passionate staff. I always prefer flying with Caribbean Airlines. Love reading the in-flight magazine Cabbean Beat. I always read stories that are relatable. I also learn about new places and artiste to check out. Always a joy!

Customers service not helpful at all. When I made a compliant on the website per their request, I received no response for 2 months!!! Which was after I contacted them several more times. I started to write a review on yheir FB page and other people started sharing their experiences under my post. Smells like urine in the plane anf filthy! No snacks are offered with purchase. Plane delayed boarding for cleaning purposes over 1 hour. Once on the plane it filled woth smoke. We had to return to the gate and sit for another hour and half. No complimentary snacks/drinks offered for now a 2 1/2 hour delay. I requested a bottle of water ( Not the mini cups filled with ice) the attendant said $2! Never flying with them again!!
