Hello EL AL, I urgently need assistance regarding a serious issue with your website and booking system. My original flight was canceled due to the conflict in Israel, and I was issued a voucher. On July 12th, I attempted to purchase a new ticket using the voucher, and because the price was higher than the voucher amount, the remaining balance was charged to my bank card. However: I never received a ticket or confirmation. My bank confirmed that the transaction was successful. I tried again, and my voucher is now marked as used, yet I still have no ticket. I was charged twice, and now the voucher is invalid too. I have all the proof and payment confirmations, which I already sent via email, but I received no proper response. No one replies on WhatsApp, Messenger, or your hotline either. I am deeply frustrated and kindly ask for immediate assistance. I need either a valid ticket or a full refund for the charges. They deserve - 10! Worst airline company I ever encountered. And I encountered many. I will save you the details. Not honest. Cheap behaviour. Terrible customer service. Online check in that does not work.

Excellent on this airline with world famous security. There are often Orthodox Jewish prayer services as well as other amenities catering to all types of travelers.

Terrible airline. I booked business with points for me and my wife when we got to check in they said they needed to downgrade one of us as they overbooked. The didn’t give us a choice and separated us. They gave away the seat to a pilot who they wanted on another location knocking us out without any compensation. It’s. a few months later and they still didn’t even reimburse our points. No other airline would do this!!!!

If you require any sort of customer support, find a different airline. The wait time by phone exceeds 45 minutes and they do not offer a call back option. El Al does offer communication via Watsapp which they advertise on their customer service phone line. After attempting that, I eventually got an automated message stating that El Al was not supporting Watsapp messages due to volume challenges. This is not an isolated thing, it's been a standing auto reply for a while. Why then are they still offering this option? Overall, this airline lacks the basic standards of courtesy and customer support that you can expect from other airlines. Very frustrating experience - most likely my last trip with El Al.
