Usually flying the states to Mexico is easy with a pet. You just need vaccination records. Not with volaris. SUPRISE! You need a 5 day health certificate as if you were already in mexico. Then you have to use their terrible app to upload documents and the system doesnt even make sense. They are the only airline ive ever seen that zip tie your pet bag shut. I guess no treats on the 4 hour flight. The staff was friendly and helpful although checkin time was VERY poor. So much time and energy waisted with thier process.

After my flight, I found that they charged my back almost 17,000 pesos instead of the 10600 pesos the verbally confirmed with me. There is no available channel for contacting to dispute.

Terrible flight! So basic and cramped. They cancel flights without notifying the customer and only offer a refund, no options to get home. Expect to pay for even a small soda.

Horrible Horrible customer service. If I had a chance to put no stars I would. This airline is fraud! When I purchase my ticket and my daughter ticket 3 month ago I double checked to see if the carry-on luggage was included with my ticket and they said "Yes" . When I got to the airport they told me that my carry on luggage was not added and that I had to repurchase it. If they dont solve my situation I will follow up with lawsuit!
