I hate this airline. I called to change a minor error on a name after booking and they send you to a WhatsApp number that take them an hour after providing all the details to respond. They suck!!! Finally called and got a live person in a deferent department and they helped me with the change. Only reason for the 1 star Checking in bag fees are ridiculous

The worst airline because of their poor customer service. If you call them, they will hang up on you. If you fly with them, the people who check you into the flight will treat you poorly, even if you buy premium tickets. And the flight attendants have machines that won’t work when selling food and make deals for food and beverages for cash on hand. I can’t believe this airline. The worst.

Here I am sitting on the plane with no backpack and only a suitcase. Over $150 USD later I have finally been allowed to bring my one bag that is within dimensions on the plane, and I’m allowed to enter Guadalajara. I’ve flown domestically with Volaris so many times with no issues, bringing as many bags as I like. But now? A 5 hour international flight already costing above market rate that wants to charge you $85 plus tax to bring a bag that every other airline (INCLUDING VOLARIS) will allow with your ticket price. Volaris is a terrible company.

We purchased tickets for all 5 of our family members for a two week trip for spring break and they just notified us that our flight was cancelled even though it is still two months away and they are still selling tickets for it on their website. We bought our tickets in 2022. Then they tried to tell us that could only get vouchers and not cash refund. We contacted our bank and they are doing a charge back for us. Awful airline, awful service.

Title: Absolutely Terrible Customer Service Experience with Volaris I recently had a frustrating experience with Volaris that left me incredibly disappointed. I purchased a ticket for my flight, paying $29.50 for my seat, only to discover that if you don't secure a seat for your companion while booking, you're forced to standby and hope for an available seat. This is already a frustrating system, but it got worse. When I attempted to purchase a seat for my friend next to me, I encountered issues with my credit card. After struggling for about an hour without success, I decided to call customer service for assistance. The representative who answered was unhelpful and seemed to lack any basic understanding of the situation. After providing all the necessary information, he took his time to inform me that the seat would cost $80, an outrageous increase compared to what I had just paid. When I questioned why there was such a discrepancy, he abruptly hung up on me. Left with no choice, I arrived at the airport hoping to resolve the issue in person. Unfortunately, the experience only worsened. Some employees displayed a dismissive attitude when I tried to explain what had happened, ( telling me go to the side and wait )making an already stressful situation even more unbearable. It’s disheartening to see that while Volaris has competent pilots and flight attendants, their customer service is severely lacking. I sincerely hope that the owner of Volaris addresses these issues with their employees, as it tarnishes the overall experience for customers. If you're considering flying with Volaris, be prepared for potential headaches when it comes to customer service.( the sad part is always your own people makes everything hard miserable,
