I am so thankful everytime I walk through these doors. The warm welcome, the kindness, and snacks mean the world! I even had a female situation and they had a care bag for me. Whether you’re traveling, waiting for a flight, or just need a moment of rest, the USO provides a safe and supportive space. I’m so grateful for the kindness and generosity they show to our military community!

I had the pleasure of visiting the USO at the airport CLT with my military husband and we are truly impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere they provide. From the moment I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The facility is clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything you might need during a layover or while waiting for a flight. They offer comfortable seating, delicious snacks, and a quiet space to relax, which is a lifesaver in the busy airport environment. What stood out the most was the kindness and professionalism of the volunteers. Their genuine care and attention to detail made my experience unforgettable. It’s heartwarming to know that such a supportive organization exists for military members and their families. Thank you, USO, for your incredible service and for making a difference in so many lives. I can’t speak highly enough of the wonderful experience I had at the Charlotte Airport USO. I had a two hour layover and was tired and hungry. I decided to stop in the USO and was greeted so kindly. I was given a tour of the facilities and was thrilled to learn it was “Nacho Day”. I found a place to charge my phone, have a quick bite and relax before my next connection. Thank you to all the volunteers at the Charlottes Airport USO, you really made my day!

The USO was fantastic! Such a friendly entrance, and I loved all the history displayed on the walls. Great snacks and comfy chairs, plus lots of computers set up. The staff was kind and helpful, and they even had water and drinks available. Definitely one of the better USO locations I’ve visited!
