Every year Vita does my ITR, its been doing for ab 10 yrs or so. Ms Charmaine Rodriguez its a gem leading the group. Professionalism and integrity are her tools. But this year I had the fortune of being helped by Danna, (she didnt want me to write the review) but I can not help myself, she was the best thing that happened as I was late trying to collect my info etc. She filed on the 14th of April, calling me, various times, making sure all was in order to file. We filed successfully on time. That is the meaning of a volunteer, willingness and professionalism. By the way she was already finished with her volunteer time. I am so lucky!

We use this service for my neighbor. She is an elder. We made an appointment to drop off application, after her taxes We’re done (Within a week) we received a call to sign. The process is fast and there is no charge. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. This a Great place to file taxes.

This year I was more surprised and more happy about how many nice and helpful people around us! Mrs. Charmaine Rodrigues is a very professional and supportive wonderful person! Both the team and customer service are very busy during this period of time, but still so very friendly, and they go above and beyond to make sure about client satisfaction. Mr. Santos introduced me to all the paperwork that was done and answered all my questions! Thanks to everyone. They kindly inform me about tax questions and help to e-files tax. Even if they do e-file it, they voluntarily print papera for clients who contacts through a public library. I release somehow my worrisome filing on my own self this time with their help. Thank you all certified tax helpers. Next time I would like to put some gift money for this company.
