Nine out of ten times, I have a top notch experience. Calling in, the representatives are always kind, helpful, and go above and beyond. The flight staff are generally happy and treat me well. Delays happen, and I feel like they do whatever they can to remedy the situation to the best of their abilities.

Good flight from PHX to LAX. Aircraft was clean and new due to it being the Max-8. Landing was nice and the crew was friendly. Had no troubles at the airport and the flight wasn't delayed, even left early. Family with a toddler was a bit annoying but can't be too rude as they are young. Would recommend for shorter trips. Or just book Southwest

Check-in was smooth, the staff at the counter were friendly and efficient, and the boarding process was well-organized. The seats were more spacious than I expected, and the in-flight entertainment had a great selection of movies, TV shows, and music. Good experience. From Dallas to Cali. Good and friendly staff. Airplane was clean (for an airplane). To watch and connect to their network while flying, you need to use Safari, it won’t work with Chrome. Good amount of movies. I liked the little sanitizer wipe I got when boarding. My wife forgot her purse on the plane, they were pretty fast trying to locate it. Awesome work!

Excellent airline..patronizing it for over 3 decades. The app is easy to navigate. Boarding..check in...in-flight..disembarkment experience was good. The lounge is accessible only for gold level member or entry by payment. On Friday flight Ua 2095...from houston to lax had excellent crew and captain however Alexa was one of the worst customer experience hostess..very lazy..rude and unfriendly... Mr Paul at the gate E12 has been the best boarding gate personel in 3 decades of flying...great asset to United airlines We have visited Colorado round trip and love United airlines.
