During an off-road activity on Saturday I overheated my body. Heli transport to IC with my body in ice saved my life. Thank you for that.

These guys are the best. This past Sunday (April 22) a crew from Star Flight flew in and evaced me from the Colorado River bottom 8 miles north of Bend, Texas at Ravens Bluff. This crew was able to locate our camp when no one else could and landed in a clearing barely large enough to set down in. The crew got to me quickly, got me loaded and triaged very quickly. These guys were exceptionally professional, good humored and made a really crappy situation the best they could. All I can say is I hope it never happens again, but if I need them Star Flight is the best. Thank you guys! Stay safe and thank you for all you do!!!!
