Wonderful selection and KP was very helpful in giving me suggestions of new brands of Chardonnay to try. Worth the trip to get help with selecting wines rather than guessing on your own at the grocery store as well as getting out of your comfort zone trying new brands.

Came into Total Wine location with my girlfriend to buy lavender syrup, a completely non-alcoholic item. I’m 22 and of legal drinking age. My girlfriend is 20, and her 21st birthday was in two days. Despite being upfront and honest about her age, the staff refused to sell me the syrup. Not alcohol. Not anything regulated, it’s a floral mixer with zero alcohol. They told me I wasn’t even allowed to leave the store, come back alone, and buy it myself, because I had been there earlier with someone under 21. This isn’t state law. This is a Total Wine policy designed for blanket enforcement at the expense of common sense, and they had no flexibility whatsoever. What a service to society, if it wasn’t for them teenagers would be running around drinking lavender syrup and Dr. Pepper.
