I would give it zero stars if possible! They are very dishonest. We tried to rent a car and they told us they were gonna say we were a no show so they can’t refund my money. Right cars rental car and ticket work is a big scam do not buy anything from them. They say unlimited miles and when you show up they tell you you can’t leave the state and if we did they would’ve charged us 2,500.00. After I complained Ticketsatwork said it would take 3 weeks to make a decision if they refund my money if they refund it. So don’t make the mistake I made with these two dishonest companies . This is proof I was not a no show. If you are in Orlando do not use RIGHT CAR RENTAL Car service at 5601Butler National Dr. Orlando Florida they are not only scammers they are very rude and don’t care about customers and Jorge was extremely rude and looked like he was very nasty and looked miserable during the video because they don’t have customer service it’s a video screen.

Made reservation for a hotel received confirmation number from tickets at work. Today I see money refunded. No reasons no notification. Called hotel they didn’t show our reservation, so We made our own reservation through the hotel and got a BETTER rate!

My husband and I had a planned trip up to GA and we knew we wanted to go to the GA aquarium. I was about to buy the tickets on the aquariums website but then I remembered I had this benefit from work and I'm happy I checked to see that the aquarium was on there. So thankful to have this benefit to be able to see such a fun attraction. The process was simple and seamless.

Not as good of a deal as you'd think. Told me all fees were included in the price, but tax must not be considered a fee until the time of purchase. The tickets I bought ended up coming from a SeatGeek seller, and once I signed in to take delivery, there were better seats at cheaper prices available. Overall I feel a bit scammed!

TicketsatWork Review: Overall, a great experience! We booked a hotel through TicketsatWork and received a 20% discount, which was an excellent deal. The only hiccup was that although four room options appeared to be available, the site only allowed booking for rooms at the exact price shown on the main page. Because of that, I wasn’t able to reserve the exact room I wanted, even though it would have cost just a few dollars more.

Fraudulent, misleading liars. Had a technical issue that resulted in an unwanted and unauthorized order. Tickets at work cancelled the order but refused to give refund claiming the business denied the refund. When I contacted the business directly they told me they did approve the refund and didn’t know why tickets at work wouldn’t be clear and honest. After multiple conversations with tickets at work reps I was given half my money back. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. ABSOLUTELY ANY OTHER SITE IS BETTER

I was pleasantly surprised to find better hotel rates on a site referred by ADP than Kayak. The navigation was easy and the hotels were listed based on proximity to the airport. Very happy with my purchase.
