The person who provided shuttle service was 5 star amazing. The counter service was good, but I was misquoted the deposit I would have to provide prior to rental. The car did the job, but had body damage to the rear passenger door on the driver's side, prior to driving off the lot. It would have been good to know that this company is similar to rent a wreck.

One of the worst rental experiences I have had. Rental van rear AC didnt work, front wiper fell off. Both front power outlets stopped working. Headliner near side door broke off. I called multiple times to get help and each time was told an associate would call me back and never did. "Matt Shaw" pretended to help and never did. I had to fix the rear AC myself due to children in the vehicle (see pics). Do not use these guys. One of the worst. Its too bad national rental agencies dont rent big vans. I guarantee you I will not use THT again. My advice is to stay away.
