Storm clouds over Houston Hobby Airport from Tulsa Oklahoma. Smooth landing by the pilot that looked all of 30 years old. He was Great!!

Awesome driver. Flight landed at almost 2am, and parking spot operated flawlessly even in the middle of the night. More budget friendly than other airport parking lots but just as efficient! Can also reserve online ahead of time for a stress free experience.

I can’t recommend this option anymore due to extremely long wait times. It used to be a good option for parking. However they seem to have grown bigger then their capacity is capable of, the wait times are atrocious both for pickup and drop off. The savings you get is not worth having to show up 30-60 minutes earlier for your flight to wait for a bus. Pickup after you return back from your trip will often take 30ish minutes as well. These delays are becoming more and more frequent and while apologetic, the staff will not/can not do anything to expedite this. I’ve used this location probably 20 times in the past three years, and I can say with certainty the delays are occurring more frequently and for longer periods. On our return trip on 9/13, they only had one driver for the entire lot. As you can imagine pickup and drop off for either way, took 45+ plus. Please look at other more recent reviews and realize this is a consistent problem. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere especially if you’re traveling with a large group or children

The signage at Hobby when we Returned was terrible. Sign said "SHUTTLE BUS ZONE 4" Went out of the terminal and saw Zone 2, Zone 3 and Zone 4. Looked at the "The Parking Spot" app on my phone and it showed a shuttle bus very near where we were standing. "The Parking Spot" shuttle bus went right past us. Stunned that the shuttle didn't stop, I looked at my phone again and saw another shuttle leaving the parking lot at TPS 2. When it approached, I held out my QR Code for TPS and the driver honked and motioned for us to follow him. We walked about 50 yards and saw the shuttle stopped in an area that was not visible from where we were initially standing. This is mostly a problem for Hobby Airport. The signage should be clearer as to where the loading area is. I'm hoping TPS will convey this to Hobby Airport!

Sunday evening 11/09/25 After a long day of travel and flight delays thanks to the goof-offs in Washington canceling flights, we were finally back in town. We saw the shuttle bus, so my friend ran ahead to ensure a ride back to the lot. As he got to the shuttle, it starts to pull away so he knocked on the window to let the driver know there were more passengers. The driver proceeds to yell at my friend that he didn't appreciate him banging on the window. He said, "as a matter of fact, I'm calling the boss man to complain about you because I don't much go for that!" He then proceeded to get on the radio. Once he saw there were other passengers watching and waiting to board, the dramatics were on... it was "oh, let me help you with that 'cause I likes to help people. That's the kind of person I am." As we reached each passenger's stop, he would grab their luggage and ask where they were parked, so he could carry their bag to their vehicle (no one went for it - a polite "thank you, I got it"). When we arrived at our stop, he said nothing, did nothing. If The Parking Spot has customer service training, this driver probably needs to attend a couple of classes.
