This hotel operates only for themselves and doesn’t care about their paying guests at all. I had to change rooms (3) times on my two day stay! When I arrived to check in I was told that they are under construction so I might hear noise between 9am-5pm but it was on the upper floors so they gave me the 4th floor to minimize noise. Okay, no problem (I wasn’t told about the construction when I booked online). When I got in my room, right away I noticed that the bathroom light wasn’t working and the bathroom wasn’t clean at all. There was used bar of soap in the shower. I called the front desk and they gave me another room on the same floor. Okay, we moved our luggage to a new room down the hall. Next morning we wake up and there is NO WATER!! Couldn’t even go to the bathroom with (2) people in the room. I called and they said that it will be turned on in 30 minutes. Okay, so we went downstairs for coffee and stayed for awhile. Afterwards, one hour later, I went to speak with the front desk in-person to find out if the water was turned on. It wasn’t and they didn’t care!!! I had to speak with the manager to get another room (which I needed asked and she didn’t offer) which she gave me an attitude and acted like they were doing me a favor. Why are they having guest pay for rooms when they know very well that their guests will not have the basic necessities!! I did get another room on the 8th floor and we had to make (4) trips from the 4th to the 8th for all our luggage and things we bought. When I checked out, I explained to the front desk that I had the worst experience at this hotel that I ever had and what can she do to make it right. I asked for a refund for one day of my stay. She didn’t want to do that. I said to refund me the resort fee because there is no resort!! No pool, spa, nothing - except having a major inconveniences! She finally said that she will refund the resort fee, I asked for my receipt. As I was leaving she only refunded HALF of my resort fees. SHE LIED and I didn’t want to go back with all the push back so I decided to let the world know my horrible experience at this hotel. I will never go back. They care more about the mighty dollar instead of having integrity.

I have lived in Las Vegas for 27 years. I recently started playing at this property. Other than the a few Pit Bosses and Patrick in the Host office, the customer service is awful. My review can go on forever, so I'll try and make this short. The Comp system is absolutely awful. They want you to believe their doing you a favor giving you $40 to anywhere in the food court. Find out yourselves what it cost to eat at any restaurant in this casino. Lose $1600 on their slot machines and then check your comp or free play balance. When you go to the host office you'll get an arrogant casino host who will tell you your over comped. Vegas has fallen apart. They blame the lack of tourists on the economy and the President, when it's actually the greed and ignorance of management and CEOs. Their intentions are so clear. Drain every penny, from every guest, in every way. They are well aware the city is being brought to it's knees. Their last hope is to get what they can while they can from locals. These Corporations believe we are stupid. It's sad what has happened to our city. I never thought I'd say this, but if your a gambler, look into going elsewhere. Take your play where you matter. Let me last say I gave the Orleans thousands of dollars and 3 months of my action before coming to this conclusion. I also want people to read the responses of the casino to all the bad reviews. It's a stock answer. They are all the same. They literally have no intentions of addressing issues or being accountable for anything. THEY DONT CARE ANYMORE!

Staff at Front desk was helpful when our reservation was messed up as well as security& valet when my car wouldn't start. Joe from Wisconsin (who works in Bell services) was warm and friendly. Room was clean. We appreciated getting the medical mini fridge upon request. Minor maintenance issue with the tub backing up due to hair in the drain not pulled. We heard some renovation noise during the day. We had a great lunch at the Asian restaurant there. This is my second time there. My boyfriend has been there many times. We appreciate the consistent quality at the Orleans and will be back!

I recently stayed at The Orleans and booked the King Suite, and overall, I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the room was. The suite had plenty of room to stretch out, with a cozy sitting area and a big, comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything was clean, well-kept, and had that old-school Vegas charm without feeling outdated. The only downside is that there’s no microwave in the room, which can be a little inconvenient if you like to warm up leftovers or bring your own food. Because of that, you’ll end up either ordering room service or food delivery. Room service is decent but definitely on the pricey side, so I’d recommend exploring some nearby restaurants or delivery options if you want to save a bit. Aside from that, the stay was enjoyable — great casino vibes, plenty of dining choices downstairs, and solid value for the size of the suite. If you don’t mind the lack of a microwave, it’s a comfortable and affordable spot to stay just off the Strip.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! The resort is like an entire town in itself with literally everything you could need during your stay, within the resort- even a bowling alley and a movie theater! Also the restaurants inside the hotel were absolutely delicious ( Our favorite was the Copper Whisk) ! Professional and clean all around. If you plan to go, really anywhere else though, you're going to pay an arm and a leg for Uber/ Lyft and or a rental car, because this location is not close to the strip. Also the rooms were clean and spacious but there were no amenities at all; no coffee maker, or fridge or anything like that. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and the resort! Would definitely come back, especially for the price!
