This really is a beautiful building. Loved the general admission area. There are little tables for food and drink. There is also seats lower level and balcony seating. The audio and video systems worked well. Definitely will come here for more shows! The staff. Were super friendly and helpful and we also enjoyed the food and drink while we were there.

SF Masonic Auditorium – Concert Review Had an unforgettable time at the SF Masonic Auditorium! The venue is visually stunning—modern, clean, and intimate without feeling cramped. The acoustics were fantastic, with the sound carrying beautifully no matter where you sat. I went for a concert, and the energy in the space was electric. The tiered seating gave great sightlines even from farther back, and the lighting was on point. Security was efficient but respectful, and entry lines moved smoothly. That said… a moment of honesty for the comment section: I almost became a horror story on the third floor bathroom. The toilet I used had one of those ultra-low-flow setups that couldn’t handle even basic business. I had to flush it five separate times (yes, five) just to avoid leaving a national embarrassment. Maintenance, if you're reading this, please give that thing a tune-up before someone else loses the battle. On a brighter note, I was relieved to see the elevator was accessible and actually functional—big win for anyone with mobility needs or carrying gear. Overall, I’d definitely come back. Just maybe avoid the third floor restroom if you’re in crisis. Otherwise, stellar venue with good vibes, good views, and even better performances.

Beautiful venue. Great sound. Spring for the VIP experience if it is available. The separate area has a lounge, bar, restrooms, appetizers, and auditorium access.

First time there....great venue ...we didn't feel overwhelmed....bar had plenty of space and bar tenders to move us along for the show. Food was limited but I liked the turkey sandwiches....would be nice if they had more options but it held me over til House of Prime Ribs.

I really liked the performance, and the venue was nice, BUT, a few things could be improved from my perspective. I like the seating set up, however, because so many of the seat numbers were missing it was difficult to find the correct seats. There was definitely some CBD wafting through so heavily I could smell it on my clothes after I'd left. Other than that parking and reservation fees seemed steep. 🫤oh, and REALLY have to squeeze into parking spots. They are definitely tight. Bring your small commuter car and not the luxury one.
