Outstanding service at The Market Kiosk in Waterside Norfolk! The Market Kiosk at Waterside is always a great stop, and the staff truly make the experience. Monique is incredibly warm and welcoming every time—she has a great energy that makes you want to come back. Cedric is super helpful and always goes the extra mile to make sure the food is exactly what you want. And Melvin is just as fantastic—friendly, attentive, and quick to offer great recommendations. You can really feel the teamwork and pride they put into running the kiosk. The service is fast, the selection is solid, and the atmosphere is always positive. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the Waterside District! By the way the smoked wings are AMAZING!!! They run out quick everyday!!!

We ordered take out excited to try Guy’s restaurant and food. Not impressed. We had the crazy Cuban sandwich, crazy town fries, Cajun chicken Alfredo, and cheese cake challenge. My cousin had the pasta which she said, “It’s not bad.” That it was just a bit dry and needed more sauce but the taste was good. The Cuban sandwich was good. Tasted like a grilled ham and cheese sandwich. I pulled the pulled pork out of it, it did not look too fresh. The fries were really good. We never received the cheesecake.

I’ve always had a good experience here and continue to go back. The burgers and sandwiches are bomb. THEY ARE IN THE HIGHER END but well worth the price. The concoctions they top these burgers with will have you leaving in a food coma. Mac and Cheese, BBQ, Brisket, Juicy beef... REAL BUNS FOR REAL BURGERS, overall just a good spot.

Nice location, food was good, service was excellent once e finally got seated. The disappointment came from the mac n cheese and blue ribbon chicken. Tasted the brisket and it was not so great. Definitely can't say cheesy mac and cheese. Street corn can hit the curb. Hmmm not what i expected from a spot with Guy's name on it. Try for yourself tho, the burgers were good. Bathroom was clean, and atmosphere looks like it can be a blast when entertainment is on the menu.

Highly disappointed; this was the same as a food court with a higher price. Brisket was tender but not very flavorful. Fries were covered in paprika. We specifically went because of Guy Fieri's name; now I know to avoid his restaurants! Looking at photos from other people, I don't know what we did wrong. Our brisket came wrapped up very unappealing with no sauce. Menu says 8 oz of fries per order; no way it was even close. McDonald's would have been better choice.
