Went and stood an hour at the door to get tickets for the upcoming regionals since they put out a message on there social media about selling out, so a worker shows up 10 minutes before opening up and I ask if there was any tickets left and he says yes give us a couple of minutes. Than I walk in to get some and says they sold out. Like don’t say you have tickets for regionals than another person says they’re sold out!

The Texas Tech Athletics ticket office is on the east face of the Jones ATT football stadium. You can park as a guest for a short period to pick up will-call tickets. They have electronic signigde to show you where your seats are located. You will be greeted by friendly staff.

Such a great group of workers in this office. Shout out to Joann, ticket office supervisor,Jocelyn, ticket attendant, and the 6 foot 5 guy (didn't get his name) who went above and beyond to help us out with switching our seats due to circumstances that arose with our seats that were out of our control. Super nice and did everything with a smile.
