Friendly, efficient and first great experience at a DMV. As a new resident of Texas, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and care provided by Darius Luckey. He is truly an asset to the Department of Public Safety. I never thought I would be leaving a good review for the DMV. But with the level of excellent service I received today warranted a 5 Star review. Thank you, Darius you are appreciated.

Recently I went to renew my drivers license. Chad welcomed me as I entered the building and he directed me to Dianna. Dianna and Chad were both kind, and extremely helpful in guiding me through this process. Thank you all for making this a pleasant experience.

This is the worst DMV I have ever been to and I have been to many DMVs all over the U.S. due to my military service. I'm pretty sure that the elderly man who assisted me, was racist. (He was at desk 7 on the day of my visit) He was giving me a hard time about my social security card, even though he did not need it for my visit. As we were working on getting me a new driver's license, I asked him if he could make sure my driver's license shows that I'm a Marine Corps Veteran and he said he would because he could see my DD-214 on file from before. I also asked to make sure I'm a registered voter. Then as we were wrapping things up he told me to stand in front of the blue screen for a picture, then he didn't gesture or say anything to tell me he was taking the photo. I immediately asked him if we could retake it and he said "No, the system already accepted it". After everything was completed and I was already home, I noticed that he didn't bother to put my veteran verification or voter registration on my driver's license. I ended up driving to Levelland and having them retake my photo and update my driver's license to show that I'm a veteran and a registered voter. (The Levelland DMV was very helpful and kind)

An awesome experience! Went after a national holiday so it was very busy at 8 am but all the staff was so sweet and kind, making sure everything went smoothly!!! Shout out to Bonnie, she was so kind and patient with me, and took a BOMB photo for my license! They are doing amazing! :)

Took my son in to get his permit, he was a little nervous but Fallon made it memorable. She was amazing and super nice. The process was easy ( of course we had all the forms we needed ) and with Fallon, enjoyable. Clean building and great customer service!
