I recently flew from Dubai to Zürich, then Zürich to Boston and had really good experiences on my last flight to Boston. On the flight from Dubai to Zürich international airport, I was sat at the back. The food kept running out of chicken and they offered me vegetarian options, which was annoying. From Zürich airport to Boston international airport my seat was in the middle of the aircraft. I got to experience the good chicken, they have of drinks like white wine, red wine champagne. The service was pretty good. The flight attendants were professional and friendly.

Recently flew from Boston to Warsaw with a 90 minute layover in Zurich. I booked a week out from my departure and was pleasantly surprised since this was my first time flying Swiss. Food and staff were solid and gotta love free adult beverages on a mid-range airline. IFE was outdated but good selection of entertainment. However, seats were terrible and luckily the seat next to me was empty; otherwise, it would have been super uncomfortable. Not sure I would fly with them again as their fleet seems to be outdated.

Do Not Fly With Swiss Airlines. They offer a flight with a 40 minute connection in Zurich and when I missed my connection and arrived at my destination 5 hours late offered no compensation even though their pilot made an announcement about frequent traffic problems at Newark airport. Newark to Naples via Zurich/ Swiss Airlines is not a good choice. Additionally, when I appealed to their CEO to do the right thing he staffed the request down to the clerical level for a condescending apology. Avoid Swiss Airlines with any tight connections. You probably won’t make your connection and “ we apologize “ is their compensation.

The only thing I can say good about the airline is the onbroad staff. Other then that I would never fly with this airline again. Canceled flights 10 minutes before broading with no compensation, lost luggage, multiple delays. One of the worse airlines I've ever done business with but never again

What a terrible experience with this airline. Last minute cancellation from london city airport to Zurich; ground staff wasted my time about a complimentary meal pack that’s imaginary. Conflicting information. Worst flight experience of my life
