We drove all the way from Florida to visit Sweetwater, and wow—this place is even more amazing than we imagined! They have just about everything you could think of. I really wish we had something like this in Florida. Being able to test out mixers, speakers, and subs was a huge plus, and we left with a much better idea of which speakers would work best for us. We also had a personal tour with our sales engineer, Josh Hart, which we truly appreciated. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and made sure all our questions were answered. Thanks to him, we left with the purchases we needed and felt confident in our choices. We definitely recommend Josh and Sweetwater!

On November 10 2025 I placed an order for a guitar bundle and a case with 2 delivery dates to Houston Tx on November 13 and 14 2025. I picked up both packages and when I opened the Orange crush 12 amp there was sand/dirt all over the back corners screws electrical connection etc of the amp. I was stunned upset mad that this product was sent that way like how do you get sand/dirt in an amp and package it in a clear enclosed plastic then ship it? It had to been used before thats the only explanation possible to make matters worse I was on hold twice with a total hold time of about 50 minutes just to find out i have to wait until November 17 for the new amp to be ship to receive it on November 18 I have to wait 4 more days for someone's mistake I am highly considering ever doing business again with sweetwater I was recommended to them by a personal friend of mine because according to him their customer service and products were top notch no questions asked.... I just wanna know who how and why this happened

As always Sweetwater is an incredible playground for musicians! So many friendly helpful people and the store is so well stocked organized and so clean. Lots of great events happening regularly also.

Came back after two years as the last time COVID had shut down a lot of the space. It was cooler than I expected! Saw hundreds of instruments and was able to try most. Prices are very reasonable. Plus they have free shipping with no minimum purchase! I live in Florida but I stop in anytime I'm in town. Super friendly staff, nice place to eat lunch inside as well
