Terrible customer service from the get go, the people at the desk were rude and barely answered my questions like I was bothering them, We got to the plane and there were a lot of spaces open on the top were you place your luggage, I put my backpack on top and the lady literally yield at me from15ft away saying you can't put your backpack there, I didn't want to argue with her so I immediately removed my bag but everyone was looking at me thanks to this lady trying to embarrass me. I don't get embarrassed but I thought she was super rude and tacky. What a disappointment, I have flown Sun Country for years but this will be the last time for me and my family @Suncountryairlines. Do better and treat your customers politely because there's way to much to be desired. PS. The funny part is that Sun Country airlines don't care about these reviews, nobody from Sun Country, reply to my complaint nobody contact me just terrible terrible service.

Las vegas is the sun country, it is an amazing city, lighting all days and nights. Always crowded, it can take all of your time in moving and living without stop.

Suncountry is the worst airline out there. We have had tickets for our trip since January. We was just notified that the seats we purchased was double booked. So the moved us to a standard seat with far less leg room. I asked why they didn't move the other passengers that they made to mistake with and the could not give me an answer. I asked instead of refunding me and moving into seats we did not want, could they just keep the money and move us into the comfort class. They denied it say they are not allowed to do that even though this was their mistake. What a low class airline. Stay away from them at all cost.

Yet another great experience. The crew was nice. The plane was clean. They even give you a free drink. But I mis-read their bag measurements, luckily when I told this they checked it for free! I'd always recommend them.

Great flight from Minnesota to Las Vegas. The crew was alot more friendly than the flight to Mn.

I had a returning flight from Vegas back to Minneapolis and they messaged me saying the flight was delayed so no big deal instead of leaving at 9am we’re leaving at 6pm. On the way to the airport I get another message saying the flight is now delayed until almost 9pm… they offered to give us a hotel voucher but it has to be used at one of their chosen locations which more less the crack hotel. This is the 3rd time and the last time I use sun country, I reached the point I couldn’t take be delayed anymore and nor did I trust them to even get us in a plane by 9pm so I cancelled and went with Delta. All the Ubers I needed and the plans that I switched 3 time to accommodate their schedule left me with 600 more dollars out of pocket I never intended to spend and their fix is send on down the compliant line for some reimbursement LOL SURPRISE SURPRISE YOU’RE NOT GETTING A SINGLE REIMBURSEMENT FROM THESE GUYS. SO I’ll just take my losses and feel blessed that my wife and I had the means to put ourselves on a different plane and rent another hotel room, we ain’t rich we saved a long time for this vacation and all sun country did was make excuses after excuses. I highly recommend that if you’re traveling and you really need to get home or get on a cruise or do anything important don’t schedule with these guys but if your time is unlimited and you like being delayed hour after hour and you have ABSOLUTELY ALL OF THE TIME IN THE WORLD then this is the airline for you especially if you like gambling.

Got a Free Upgrade to The Exit Row Seats with leg room like First Class. Also, I love the fact that they still offer Free Beverages while flying, even tho prices are still cheap.
