We had to move our flight up 12 hours due to a family emergency. United charged us $1200 for tickets and only gave us credit for the tickets that we had already purchased. What a scam... I hope they get treated better then they treat other people when they need help. It would be a better world if we had less people like them in it.

Gate agents didn’t know the airline’s ski bag policy and tried to charge an oversize fee after REFUSING to READ THE ONLINE POLICY. I’m not asking for bells and whistles (come on, it’s spirit) but I expect to get the absolute bare minimum, which is the skis I paid to fly onto the plane.

No stars was not an option! This is truly the WORST airline ever. I have never traveled with them because of the bad customer service my family has experienced. Recently I booked flights for my kids to come with my Godmother. They had a layover in Fort Lauderdale. Long story short, due to " uncontrollable situation" as the representative stated, my family did not board the second flight. The line to rebook was ridiculously long and they were being offered flights 2 days later. My Godmother is a diabetic who was laying sick in a chair and my kids had to try to figure out what to do. Nothing was done to accommodate my family and this sick lady. No food or place to stay. No voucher. No help. I had to get a hotel and buy flights with another airline for the next day. Spirit says they can't refund or anything. NEVER TRAVEL WITH THEM!

Spirit send me a check out of no where for my claim for when my bag was rip completely open by there thieving staff still didn’t get the full amount but got a good sum. I thought they forgot about me then I received something in mail 💥 a check thanks spirit I would of like a email letting me know update or something but nothing but I am happy you’ll did your job

If there was a -5⭐️ I would give it to them, the truth is a very bad experience, it complies with bringing more attention, it is terrible and without a doubt the supposedly cheap prices become more expensive than a good airline, they charge you for the backpacks of personal hand, chairs and even for breathing.👎
