My flight was super smooth!! However, the ticket counter staff in the flight boarding area in Baltimore traveling to Hartford the customer service was subpar. The answered questions but they were very short and abrupt in their manner of speaking.They should lead with a more approachable friendly energy. The flight attendants were great!

Not feeling too good about their new baggage Policy. They want you to check your bags when entering the airport. And if you decide not to check your baggage because of the price, you can board with your baggage. At a few times I've noticed that once you arrive at your gate, if the plane is full. The staff members announced they will check your bags for free to save overhead space Southwest, used to have a no check baggage policy. But what they're doing right now is very confusing, still going to fly with them. But I do not like the iffiness. If you check with us, you can pay or you can wait, to check your bags for free if the plan is a full flight policy doesn't fly with me.

My first time flying southwest in I don’t know how many years but I tell you I will not do it again. It’s open seating for one and on top of the military isn’t apart of priority boarding. Maybe I’ve gotten spoiled but the crazy part is military can’t board with their families. They specifically called out on the loud speaker active military only and when asked for clarification I was looked at as if I spoke another language. To top it off they got mixed my TSA pre-check up so I had to wait in the longest line ever to get through while pregnant. Ughhhhhh

I was a loyal customer, and I had their credit card fly only Southwest . With the new bag fees and expiration dates on travel credit ,it is time to move on . They lowered the miles u can earn, and increased fares on points to points are useless. I'll be canceling my SW card and flying with other airlines now that are better priced . What a way to run long term customers off ...

I really can't complain about my last trip with Southwest headed to Las Vegas and back. Despite some crazy weather nationwide, we had only one small delay. Service on the flights was pretty good, employees were nice.
