Christina at Long Beach airport at south west has a terrible attitude no empathy for a delayed flight. She was so rude as if I was bothering her with my questions. Iβm obviously upset that my flight is delayed and now I have to sit in the airport for almost 5 hours. She rolled her eyes at me every time I had a question about potential flight changes. Southwest needs to do better with training their employees on de-escalation. Wouldn't even give food vouchers even tho I have a 5 hour delay till my next flight. Last time flying southwest due to just her attitude maybe she needs a new job. Or she someone els needs to take accountability for her actions maybe the manager allowing this

By far one of the worst, unorganized airlines ever. The unassigned seating makes it worse. The agent in Long Beach topped it all off with the unprofessionalism. People had tickets for certain areas and when it was their time to go they had other people continue on before? C before B group?? . Will never travel SouthWORST ever again..

Canceled flights and flight delays. First time flying with them again since they destroyed the countries Christmas two years ago. Took nearly a year to get a refund for that. This time we were stuck on a half day layover because they canceled our first flight yesterday and booked us on one early in the morning, then our second connecting flight was delayed 3 times trapping us at our layover all day and keeping us from home until early AM the next day. This was my last time using Southwest. They just aren't worth the headache. They cannot seem to do anything right and their planes are the least updated. We only fly with them because of their 2 free bags per ticket. But my hatred for this company is at a point that I'll pay for checked bags now.

Crazy high price for emergency tickets to attend an unexpected family memorial. Each ticket over $500 to fly from Sacramento to Long Beach a Airport and back totally ridiculous price!!! And there were still open seats on the flight there and back total rip-off from an Airline that used to be top-notch!

Great customer service, easy checking in, easy baggage drop off. This was the easiest trip I had to Las Vegas from the LA area. Iβm still on the fence for the business select tickets but the trip was fast. So, it was ok. Not sure that I would pay for it again though.
