I want to take a moment to recognize Lydia at the Singapore Airlines counter in Seattle. From the very first interaction, she set the tone for our entire international journey with her kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth. Lydia greeted us with a beautiful smile and a level of courtesy and care that went far beyond what is expected. She was not only welcoming but also truly helpful—patiently guiding us through the process and ensuring that we felt supported and valued as customers. In an industry where travel can often be stressful, Lydia turned our experience into something uplifting and memorable. It is people like Lydia who remind us of the power of excellent customer service. She represents the very best of what Singapore Airlines stands for. As first-time flyers with Singapore Airlines, this experience has left such a positive impression that we are committed to choosing this airline again in the future. Lydia has been a blessing to us at the start of our journey, and we are deeply grateful we met her today. I sincerely hope that Singapore Airlines leadership recognizes what a valuable asset they have in Lydia. Her warmth, professionalism, and ability to make travelers feel cared for are qualities that elevate not just her, but the brand as a whole. The world would be a happier place if more people carried themselves the way Lydia does. We wish her the very best in all that she does and thank her for making our trip begin on such a positive and memorable note. With gratitude, Kevin & Ruby

Had heard so much about this airline and was eager to add it to my bucket list. Finally did. The journey from Bombay to Singapore was a disaster. The seats in business class was cramped, the service was poor, I had to remind the air hostess several times for a coffee or a drink. Sad. But it all changed from Singapore to Sydney. This was service and the reason this airline is popular. Everything changed dramatically. The seats, again business class, were so comfortable, the food and service efficient and the trip a dream. Any reason for the step treatment to the Bombay Singapore sectors?

Singapore airlines is not family friendly. They give you 15lbs of cabin baggage allowance for a 17 hour flight. Now, me and other families with kiddos are struggling without having enough necessities for our babies. I do not recommend this airline for long international flights or families. In addition, most of the staff that we encountered were not polite or friendly.

SQ9027 Dec 21 2024. After a 12hour delay we are 1 hour from departing SEA for SIN and there is no departure gate. BTW, the airline hung-up on me twice when I tried to get more information. SQ, you suck.

I freaking love Singapore Airlines! The seat size is much larger than other airlines and the food is so delicious. They feed you all the time and they even have snacks too. You don’t have to pay extra for blankets, pillows, and headphones. The flight attendants wear beautiful uniforms and treat you with respect. They give you wet hot towels before you take off, in economy class! For international flights out of Seattle that are headed towards Asia, This is the airline to go with.
