Awful. If I could give zero stars I would. No place for a crew to even sit down, never mind take a nap. No flight planning area, this is basically just a trailer. Avoid at all costs. What’s in the photo is all thats here, “under bright fluorescent lights”. Management could care less.

Intolerable to have to listen to Faux News Network lies and divisive propaganda on the TV in the lobby. I'll avoid using this facility when I have a choice.

This is my go-to FBO in buffalo. Staff went out of their way to help me out when I had a problem. Very friendly and great service.

My son went with his class and got a chance to fly an actual plane. That's a 1st for my family. I wish there were more opportunities like thos for inner city kids.
