I am SO appreciative for this wonderful company! I bought tickets in November of 2019 for a Jojo concert that was recheduled several times due to COVID, and I of course misplaced my tickets over that long stretch of time! Neal was SO healpful and reissued my tickets right then and there and emailed them to me while I was still on the phone wth him! I am so so grateful! Thank you again, Neal!

Might be a great organization but website is bad. Picking seats is fine, but login and checkout are bad. I hope this feedback helps improve the product. The only option available to reset a password is sending an email which is never received. Why do I enter security questions if they will not be used? No email confirmation for either of my recent purchases. No email confirmation for either of the accounts I created. No option to login prior to purchase, edit my account, or review purchases. No messages appear for login issues if you are using your phone or iPad, just keeps asking you to re-enter password with no indication of the problem.

No I have tried to get tickets online and man it was very frustrating. Long story short we didn’t buy any tickets cause it never let us. The web site is not good

This company is great. I had an issue with some double bookings on an event and I called to speak with Elaria who was an absolute rockstar! Elaria and her team were great on the phone, said they would follow up and actually did, went every extra mile to make sure I had all my questions answered and have my issue taken care of. Hands down the best customer service on a Monday! Thank you “Select A Seat” - if I can give more than 5 stars I would!
