Highly efficient. I made an appointment for 11:30AM on a Friday but was able to arrive an hour early. There was almost no one in the queue so they took me early! I dropped off all the documents and my passport was ready on the next business day. It would’ve been ready the same day, if my outgoing flight was within the next 24-hours, just a warning to anyone out there who needs it the same day. When I returned to pick up, it was another very fast visit. Each visit took less than 10 minutes. I was assisted by Viktor and Ivan. Both very efficient, accurate and helpful! Even all the security people were very nice. All the info on their website is correct: security and metal detector at the entrance of the building. If there is metal on your shoes you will need to take them off before walking through the metal detector. You are allowed to bring a water bottle. No pepper spray/weapons. Take elevator or stairs to 3rd floor and be ready to provide your appointment confirmation number. Contactless payment.

Always a fast and easy process coming here. Employees are friendly and helpful. There are copies of passport applications that you can fill out there in person, they also provide pens. There are two cafes in the building one on the 1st floor and another on the Second floor. The cafe on the 1st floor is located on the right side of the entrance, directly after security check. There you can get a passport photo done in 3mins for $18( you get 2 copies). Also they do printing services as well for $1.50 a page. Had an appointment at 11am and I arrived a little late around 11:10am and was finished by 11:35am.

Had an appointment for urgent passport renewal. Fast, friendly, and efficient - was in and out of the office in 15 minutes, with passport ready later that day. Note that there can be a long line (20 minutes in my case) just to get in the building due to security.

Great in a pinch if like me, you forgot to check that expiration date of your passport was less than 6 months of your arrival date. With an appointment, these guys are super efficient. Fill out the form online when you make your appointment. Don’t forget to print proof of your travel reservations. They can do same day if you are leaving the next day…safest thing to do is come back and pick it up.
