Amazing Stay with Stunning Las Vegas Views! We absolutely loved our stay here! The room was spacious ,even bigger than it looked in the pictures, and offered a breathtaking night view of Las Vegas. Everything was spotless, from the shiny bathroom to the perfectly clean room. The hotel is more affordable than most 5-star options, yet delivers top-notch quality and comfort. The big swimming pools were a highlight, and the free valet parking was such a bonus , itโs rare to find that in Vegas! The staff were friendly and professional, making our stay completely stress-free. I highly recommend this place to everyone and will definitely suggest it to my family and friends.

I reserved a suite for 4 nights. The panaramic views were made up for a lot of short comings. Our room stunk like weed really bad. I complained. I asked for new bedding qnd pillows and they all stunk too. We had to chase down a soap dish. We asked for extra sets of towels and got the weirdest mish mash of towels but never a full set let alone 2 full sets. We like to leave a dairly tip for the housekeeping but they didn't leave a pen and weirdly no one in our group had one so they left more than once without their tip because there was no way of letting them know the cash left out was for them. At least that tells you how honest the housekeeping staff is. Also, you would think a suite I've 1000sq ft would have nice "gimmies" like robes and maybe even some slippers. They didn't and that was a disappointment. They are renovating so I'm not going to complain about how run down some areas were because they are working on that aspect. We would have liked to have more places to sit and visit and maybe have lunch. The fitness room could use some resistance loops and more 5lb weights. Not much in the way of shopping. All that said, the staff was nice and knowledgeable although I wish they had a concierge.

Off-the-Strip hotel & casino featuring all the amenities you'd expect from a Vegas hotel/casino - plenty of gambling options both machine and tables, lots of different eating options to suit a variety of tastes and budgets, and plenty of convention space for large-scale events, conferences, tournaments, etc. Has hosted the World Series of Poker, international billiards tournaments and many other events. Plenty of parking. You can walk to the Strip if it's not too hot, and you're close to off-Strip eating options and shopping. Rooms are fine. Nothing exotic. Sizes vary on your wallet and include suites and larger accommodations. Elevator service can be slow at peak times but generally isn't too onerous. Multiple towers, each with it's own elevators. Because of the location the prices here are better than at some of the higher-end casino-hotels on the Strip. Not the best value in town but then again the best value may not be very aesthetically pleasing so, buyer beware!

This hotel and casino is clean, comfortable, and genuinely fun to play at. The bet prices are not expensive, making it great for both beginners and casual players. The staff are friendly and helpful, which adds to the overall experience. Itโs a perfect spot for entertainment โ you get good gaming, nice service, and a pleasant atmosphere all in one place.

We just got back from a long weekend at the Rio. 11/8-11/10. We had a great time. We loved our room. Very clean and comfortable beds. We had 4 pillows per queen bed. We loved our view of the strip. Felt very clean since our last visit. We were in the Masquerade Tower. We loved the big screens and the non smoking area on that side. We saw the show The Empire Strips Back, great burlesque show. Great value, great location, great huge room with cable. I really like the bathroom with the lights, This is our third recent stay at the Rio and the best. We enjoyed the Guy Fieri's Burro Boracho was also really good. The Tortilla soup was delicious and the shrimp tacos with a Magarita with your rewards card for $9.99 also delicious and a great deal. We found the bartenders friendly and played video poker quite a bit. The craps table for 3 dollars in the day also a bargain. Very close to the strip. We've walked it, although a shuttle would be nice. Very close to Ceasar's, Bellagio, The Flamingo, and Paris...heart of the strip. A cab was $10.00. The pool area looked beautiful. I wished it was still open as it was 80 degrees this weekend in November. Overall, we will be back.
