We went to an 11 AM showing on Friday 11/7. When we got in the menu screens were off. When I asked the cashier if there was a menu she rolled her eyes and went to point at the menus behind her and then realizing they were off and she just says I guess not. Then their c02 was out so we couldn’t get soda. This is understandable but she was so rude about it when we tried to order a soda. I never leave reviews but I go to the movies so rarely and it’s expensive for the food and drinks. It wasn’t busy. It was a slow time of the day and I it’s was shocked how rude the worker was for reasons that were yes beyond her control but also like I didn’t do anything wrong asking for a soda. Weird. Anyways. The reclining seats are amazing.

I've always loved Edwards theater, since the day it opened. However the new renovations have made it absolutely amazing. Moving the IMAX into the main building with the reclining seats in every theater (almost as of this post) just makes it so much easier for watching movies. I buy unlimited each month so I can't attest to the price of a ticket nowadays, but they have also really upped their game on concessions. Alot more variety.

Been awhile since we came here. It looks like a whole new theater. The outside is updated and very friendly. Watched a movie and it sounded more clear. Seats were comfy. Popcorn was great overall I’d say this place was a success.

Went to see F1 in IMAX at Regal Edwards Boise (Theater 6) and the whole experience was a letdown. The screen felt no bigger or more immersive than a regular theater, even though I paid for IMAX tickets. It just didn’t feel like a premium experience at all. Halfway through the movie, my recliner started randomly moving forward and got stuck, so I had to sit straight up and down like a normal chair, and uncomfortable for the rest of the show. Honestly ruined it for me. Majestic is way better in every way…. their screens feel bigger and more in-your-face, the seats are way more comfortable (even when Regal’s actually work), and they’re heated too. Way better overall experience for the same or less money. Wouldn’t recommend Regal for IMAX or premium seats, it’s just not worth it.

The IMAX Theaters were recently moved into the main building. WOW, the IMAX theater 21 was worth it! The new carpets the spacious rows of seating with privacy walls on each row, and the smell leather of the new luxury reclining seats with tray table and cup holders. The surround sound effects was next level. Nothing like at home. The theater main area is getting a renovation and still under construction. The food court was relatively efficient and smooth during a Saturday matinee.
