They sold me tickets to a show and told me to show up at the box office 30 mins before the show for my tickets. I pressed them on this and the rep called his supervisor who said the same thing. When I showed up at the box office there were no tickets in my name. They had taken my $250 but their system hadn't successfully booked me the tickets. I would avoid as they must have known something was wrong when the tickets didn't show up in my email but still took my money and lied to me. Save yourself the hassle and get tickets through the actual box office website.

We purchased tickets from NVSTARR kiosk in the airport to the Michael Jackson Evolution show for April 3, 2022@8:30pm. We caught a taxi and arrived at the venue at 8pm only to find it a ghost town. No one there we waited outside for over 30 minutes and finally decided to leave. I emailed the people I purchased tickets from and just found out the show was canceled and they would refund our money. They did not even inform purchasers that it was canceled.When I mentioned the inconvenience and the cost of the transportation to and from the venue their response was " no one told us to catch a cab". Such a unprofessional response, I would never recommend their services to anyone because of my personal experience with them was very disappointing. Update: The CEO of NVSTARR personally reached out to us and apologized. That was very much appreciated.I want to say the owner of NVSTARR and THE MJ EVOLUTION were so professional and accommodating. I was able to see the show for April 4th andi t was spectacular. The show was amazing and I enjoyed myself to the fullest. I was so happy with the way this was rectified and how the owners stood behind their brand and business.They are truly in the business of customer service and making for sure their customers are a priority.

The staff at NVStarr were great, The show they helped me pick out for me and my elderly mom to see was great !! Mom had a great time she was singing along to every song. you can bet when I need tickets for anything again I will be going back to NVStarr !! Thanks Anna your the best !! Mark C.

Customer service is poor. It's best to make excursion and ticket reservations directly through the associated activity or tour company. $400.00 down the drain unfortunately.
