It’s rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond with such genuine care, not just for me, but for my dog too! His friendly attitude made our travel experience so much smoother and stress-free. Stewart is tiny, but in a cute way. I love how it's not nearly as chaotic as JFK – everybody's relaxed, friendly, yet very professional. Everything flows smoothly and there are no long queues. Even though it's quite far away from Manhattan, the shuttle bus is more than convenient since it waits for all arriving airplanes. In other words, even if your flight gets delayed, the bus will be waiting there for you. Would definitely fly here again!

Great little airport. Super clean, staff amazingly jovial and helpful, going through security was a breeze. Just 1 terminal with the 6 gates one next to each other so super easy to find yours. Comfortable seats in the waiting area and plugs that actually work! It seems the only place where you can get a coffee opens around 9am

The parking lot for the rental cars are way too far from the airport. They should offer to drive it up to the back of the airport near the ramp for you. It was a very hot day and I am disabled and had a very hard time walking that far. The Avis man should have told us it was a long walk and did not. When we returned 2 1/2 hours before our flight was to leave most of the employees were not there. We had to wait 30 minutes before TSA would let us get in line. I wish this had been made available to us as we would not have arrived so early.
