If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. The night person was actively unhelpful. I made a reservation for a pet room. They pet policy was not clearly spelled out at hotels.com. We're the room was booked. So instead of offering a solution or working a problem out. She refused to do anything to assist me with my pet issues. Luckily there was a another hotel near by that had a 1000 times better service.

Room was clean, bug free! Bed was comfortable and pillows were nice. But there were so many broken things in the room. Boogers on the wall. AC half ass worked. No hair dryer, no shampoo or lotion. Go the extra mile and make it a nicer place!!

Stayed there with my 2 dogs, May 9 to 11, 2025. Both boys wore belly bands to avoid strange place urination. Dogs found trash, etc under the bed, & there was a cockroach in the bathtub. Bought a mop and cleaner since housekeeping was obviously lacking, and made sure to clean up after ourselves before we left. I had a gut feeling about it, so I even took a video and photos of the spotless room before we left, Which apparently doesn’t matter To them. They still kept my $75 deposit claiming that there was urine on the floor and banned me from staying again. I have news for them, I don’t want to stay again! And unless you want cockroaches in your own home, you won’t either! They are nothing more than thieves. K. Bass

I would like to report to the manager, I have been here for 4 weeks working for Spectrum, I travel here only on weekends to Dallas, last week I was not charged the $75 deposit, today I come and it was taken away again 75 by the lady of color who works in the lobby is a rude person. And my friends from my company no longer pay for the deposit because we are reliable, we will have to find another hotel 🏨

My family and I stayed here last night and it was a nightmare! There were ants everywhere and the TV did not work. We paid $80 for a crappy room with Ants that was everywhere! Well we know where to NOT go next time we come to town. I would suggest to save your money and go somewhere else.
