As a private flight attendant, I called ahead to ask for recommendations regarding catering. Debbie and Alissa were the most helpful front desk staff I have come across in a while. Upon arrival I took in the classy FBO. It was modern clean, and the staff were all friendly. A stand out of FBO in my eyes.

I reserve five stars for FBOs like Texas Jet at Meecham in Texas near Fort Worth. They set the bar very high that being said, Million Air is probably the second best FBO out there. With always fresh hot coffee, very nicely, appointed common areas, clean bathrooms, and some snacks. They all are very consistent in their presentation and service. If I could suggest a couple things that I would like to see there, they would be, a massage chair for pilots coming in after a long haul. two, something more substantive to eat other than chips and soda. As a sidenote, the recliners in the pilot sleep lounges are not the most comfortable. I’d prefer something where you could lay down flat. Just my two cents. Other than that, these FBOs will make an impression on those traveling with you. They are definitely a level above. You’ll feel special, just utilizing their facilities.
