First time at KIND. Million Air took care of setting up my enterprise rental while the other FBO on site wanted me to call them.

This is private airport, nice and clean. Receptionist looks mean and acts mean. I had very uncomfortable feeling being there near her.

This FBO went above and beyond to help me with my aircraft that needed repair. The services, the CSRs(Chloe in particular) and line staff were freaking awesome! All for a guy in a Mooney.

The receptionist at the desk is by far the rudest and most foul individual I have ever encountered. There's no reason to be that nasty, this early in the morning. My "good morning!" was met with a very sour "uh huh." Not sure if she's having a bad day but she's making sure others have one too.
