Really poor system. I got this program to use for inventory management, it was not user friendly at all. The only way to sheet to shelf my products was dragging and dropping. After spending hours trying to set this up I found there was no efficient way. After not using this program and paying for it, 3800 dollars for the entire year. They would not let me cancel because I gave a 30 day noice instead of 60 days. Even though I tried reaching out to my sales rep that was no longer with the company. My email went to a dead address so it was my fault. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I would suggest margin edge.

The UI is convoluted and no intuitive. Integrations with your POS systems are messy. I overlooked the fact that they loop you in a 1 year contract and won't let you out no matter how much you say you are unsatisfied with their product. They said they would let me out of my contract for the last month but ended up charging me anyways. I would never recommend this company.

Meal Ticket has truly taken my in-person food show to the next level! This was an excellent investment and the technology was easy to learn, navigate and teach to my sales team, vendors and broker partners. The reporting that Meal Ticket provides is outstanding and without the technology, I would have an entire team working on my trade show reports, allowances, specials... Now I can easily produce a report within seconds! Our customers were able to attend my event hands-free, being able to focus on our products instead of carrying a heavy show book, fumbling with order forms, pages of usage reports... My vendors and brokers had this information at their fingertips within seconds! My registration team can't stop raving about Meal Ticket and how it's completely simplified the process! Honestly, my favorite experience with Meal Ticket was working with representative Michael Palmer! Michael made my transition to Meal Ticket seamless, no matter the challenge, he handled each task with confidence and ease. I highly recommend the transition to Meal Ticket, especially if your short staffed or dealing with a strict timeline. Thank you Meal Ticket team!
