We stopped to get our travel trailer tires repaired and was pleasantly surprised to find an awesome, all female crew running that shop. We were quickly back on the road home. Thanks, Mavis Tires on Victory Rd in Marshall Texas! You girls, were awesome!

Called up Mavis Tire & Brakes in Marshall and talked to Carly—she was super nice and helpful over the phone, got me in right away. Went up there to get a leaking valve stem fixed and they took care of it fast. Everyone was friendly and the service was great. In and out quicker than I expected! Definitely appreciate the good customer service—I’ll be back next time I need anything done with my tires.

Stopped by as a tire I previously had patched started leaking air out more and more as the weeks went by, and they quickly assessed the tire and rolled it into the bay within minutes, even without an appointment. Turns out there was another nail that had punctured it since! They quickly patched that up and had it out within 20 minutes. Great customer service and experience, and definitely coming back for any repairs or maintenance I need!

My wife was driving through Marshall and felt a thumping while she was driving. At first she thought it was a flat tire, but she checked the on board tire pressure monitor and it was all good. She then pulled over and checked her tires visually, but saw nothing wrong. She kept driving, another mile or so, but still felt something wasn't right. She pulled over again and checked, but didn't see anything wrong. She says she looked across the street and saw Mavis tire. She pulled in and in a few minutes they found a pair of needle nosed pliers piercing the tread on one of her tires. The pic below explains it all. My wife was so grateful and so am I that these guys were so knowledgeable. They got her a new tire the same size and sent her safely on her way. She said these guys were so friendly and respectful. Such a great experience! Was leaving walgreens across the road and noticed a nail in my tire... called to see if they could fix it since it was 7 mins till they closed and they got me in when they definitely didnt have to! Got it fixed quick and everyone was friendly and extremely helpful..will definitely be back!
