I am a registered recovering mentally disabled crime victim who was shot in head 4 times 3 times in a coma I was eating breakfast at park like most normal old people do anyways my friends came thru park at 715 I was eating said hi it was hot sun was shining thru my driver's window and front windshield so I put shades up 10 min later I'm being drug out of my car told I was sleeping well truth I was eating breakfast with 4 witnesses but court wanted me to take plea for eating breakfast in my car at 715 am when I just left were I stayed and slept all night till 6 am so it's a shame recovering mentally disabled coma survivors don't get treated a little better little kinder funny thing is year prior after I was assaulted had to go to er I didn't wana.return home were I was assaulted so I drove to all American Park it was 9 pm I was woken up at 12 told I was getting a ticket for being in park after hours now as an honest Christian recovering crime victim with disabilities I need rest when I get upset I was very upset that night being assaulted robbed second time secong home in Vegas in less then a year apart so to charge a mentally disabled recovering crime victim on the run for his life for sleeping in his car again was a lie I learned my lesson first time I'm guilty of eating my breakfast with window shades up to block sun and now this is a crime in America we're all in big trouble so anyone reading this help recovering crime victims don't hurt us we have been hurt enough help us back up on our feet after our lives were ruined for helping save lives report this to reporters ex sup producer Grey's anatomy tami Casper baby brother getting hurt in Las Vegas

Well it's a typical environment right in the heart of the concrete jungle. A place you can shell out your hard earned money for minor traffic offenses. The staff can be rude at times. Pretty much everyone gets treated like a criminal in a sense. Make sure not to miss a payment or you find yourself sitting in a jail cell.

Only because I know it gets busy and we can be impatient! BUT the customer service was great as long as you approach with good energy! Holly was very Jolly and thanks for helping me out!

I believe people working here do their job the best they can and some people rate unfairly for a service they are doing correctly. If we get a ticket is our fault and we are hold accountable. I don't rate 5 stars since the entire building could be cleaner and kept in best shape. Municipal court is closed on Fridays and it is important to know. Google shows they open at 8 AM when they open at 7:30 AM from Monday thru Thursday.

Update on vehicle ticket I should have not received on a newly purchased vehicle. They ended up putting me in jail for contempt to court for 3 days on a no charge just for recording the judge for my own defense during court. Trying to twist my words around against me, and incriminate me. For my own defense I decided to record him as well. This judge liked to cut the recording on or off trying to entrap me and use my words, So he could give me a charge. I'm sure recordings are manipulated by the justice department to make them look good in the public eye. He probably wasn't the only one. They only show what they want us to see what happens during court. I wonder how many innocent people they've thrown in jail, because they don't understand court etiquette not all of us went to law school. Also some of these judges try to get you to say things to put a charge on you. Though I know how they are it's why I went to record the judge trying to twist my words and he threw me in jail for it for 3 days no charge. It was a first for the officers at the jail house. Unfortunately I didn't have anyone to call to just pick me out of their, So I had to endure it for three days no food and water from the tap. I had only the food that was edible like the occasional bread. Literally that food is not healthy for anyone in there. I don't think they should treat those with minor offenses with such disdain and unfair treatment. Some of them need actual help and there put in there and they just get sent back for minor offenses like stealing groceries and it's just to survive. We don't do enough to help our own people, Educate them show them the right way etc. We need to stop turning a blind eye to everything and snuff it out at the root of the problem and fix it. Though I imagine something like that would never happen. The reason human greed they make money off of almost everyone they throw in jail. Well except for me they didn't make money on. Someone they throw in there on a no charge offense which made me Mad not going to lie also unbelievable. That's where are tax money's going you get frustrated with someone you throw them behind bars because your emotionally unstable and can't think rationally. Just saying people are people and getting thrown in contempt to court for a no charge proves it. I tried to record the judge for twisting my words around on me during court and trying to get me to say something I never said. I expressed my second amendment when a lady at the front desk said it went to a warrant because I missed the court, I was dealing with a out of state speeding ticket on a desert highway. In my own opinion not a crime if your not risking anyone's life but your own. I'm no saint, when she said I better pay the warrant or they'd come after me. When I was contesting a ticket and kept telling her to set me up for a new court date. I never should have received that ticket by the way. So I got pist and I said 50/50 if they come after me life for a life self defense anything can happen. That's because I wasn't going to pay a warrant for a ticket, That I never should've had in the first place. I'll own up to my own mistakes, If it was something I actually did I'd take care of it. So when I was in court the judge was gunning for me for something I said two months ago and was only going off of gossip and hearsay from the teller lady downstairs that wouldn't listen. When I asked her to reset my court date. She just wanted to argue. He said I threatened him and when he said that, I told him he threatened me first. Which he did if he wanted to go by that logic. I was told to pay the warrant or they were going to come after me if that's not a threat Idk what is just saying. Especially if the ticket I was never supposed to have it in the first place yeah. I'm definitely going to be on the defensive. Of course so he tried to twist my words by saying I didn't say self defense which I did and he tried to get me to say it from my own words that I didn't say self defense and he was trying to record it and cut it off. So I went to record him.
