Was happy to get what I needed done even though it took two trips. I believe the appointment making process could be a little easier to find/navigate and I'm a rather tech savvy person. Just finding the right places online to make the correct appointment with the correct office seemed like it could be made to stand out a bit more. Also, the scheduling process makes it seem like you will have an appointment set out a bit, and sometimes the availability is quick and sometimes it's further out. When I sat waiting for my appointment that I scheduled and waited for ....I watched two "walk-ins" get told that they can be seen right away and I figured I should've just done that instead of my longer route. The fact that it's 4 months into 2023, I feel like their work force should've recovered and it should be a bit faster.

The employees are nice and accommodating. Don’t even bother to make an appointment. You will end up sitting there while all the walkins go before you. Which is great unless you have a job or something.. But overall surprisingly great.

Even though I was late for my appointment time and had to use the walk in counter I was able to in and out fairly quickly. The clerk was friendly And Since I was in the county building I went ahead and registered to vote.

Had a reservation for 12:45 showed up at 12:30 and found out you can only cheack in 10 minutes early, waited till 12:56 then I got my temps and title transfered fairly qiuckly, I would say just walk in though no need for a reservation since you may wait longer.

Short wait, excellent service by a friendly and competent employee. It's easy to get your auto license done ... Don't risk a ticket thinking it's hard and complicated. UPDATE: Went today to get a license renewed. Had to wait about 15 minutes but it took less than 5 once I got in to see someone. They're still doing a great job!
