Colorado Department of Motor Vehicles/Department of Revenue will not let the homeless population update their needed identification without a physical address which the homeless population does not have. There are 11,000 homeless in Denver alone. This prevents this population from securing employment, housing and more. This process alone is a complete failure by the State of Colorado where every homeless person is owed restitution for the harm and loss. This flawed data is then transferred to the Court where they mail Jury Summons to all the old incorrect addresses and then enforce fees and jail time on this population living on the streets, not receiving mail due to the State not allowing them to update identification informing all of homelessness. This flawed data and workflow transfers undue fines and criminal penalties to the homeless. All because of Colorado’s failures, incorrect data, and incompetence. This Juror Selection process is unfair to those being summoned and those whose trials are at these Courts. My guess is the Department of Revenue is doing the same as the DMV. Sending tax notifications to incorrect addresses, adding fees and penalties, blaming the homeless for its own failures. SOLUTION STEP #1 In California, people experiencing homelessness can list the address of a shelter, a friend or family member, a PO Box, or a rented mail receiving service on their state ID, or use a Homeless Verification Letter as an alternative to a traditional address. In Washington state, a person experiencing homelessness can list a homeless shelter address, the address of a friend or family member, or a Post Office (PO) Box for mail, as their mailing address on a state ID or driver's license. They may also be able to register a mailing address provided by a community-based organization or use "General Delivery" through the postal service, depending on the specific program or agency requirements. ... Without a permanent address, people experiencing homelessness face significant hurdles for updating identification, voting, and accessing benefits, which can increase the risk of fraud and identity theft. In recent years, government agencies and nonprofit organizations have implemented new programs and processes to help address these issues.

The clerk of courts has always been very helpful. Anyway, im not doing a mental evaluation without grounds that can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. I want my children. I've been fighting for fifty fifty the entire time. I'm begging to understand that this has more to do with my personal juvenile case. That all happened to me too... If this is relitive to my juvenile case then, I was never informed of the probable cause. Not to worry though. If I speak up, he's probably just going to have me put in jail or something. No criminal background necessary. Please take peoples lighters at the front door, not people's parenting agreements at the first time meeting.

You need to put a sign at the bottom of the ramp on the East side of the building that you need to enter on the west side of the building. Going up and down that ramp can be difficult for someone pushing a wheelchair or someone using a walker. Shame on you

Delivered a package here today. A genuinely awful experience, first is the metal detectors, which actually make sense. The three cops sitting there watching doing nothing couldn't have been less helpful. Then to deliver a package they need you to sign in to an iPad, give your first name, last name, company email, phone #, who you're going to see, what for, what time, a picture of you and then log back in to say when you left. After you parked illegally cause parking doesn't exist and ran 70 yards from the nearest parking spot through an obstacle course of obnoxious tax payer waste on landscaping to go through way too much security to find none of the doors or rooms have numbers so you can't find anything. Fire the entire security staff they are a complete waste in every way possible. Then bulldoze the courtyard so people can actually park at the freaking court.

I’m having a bit of a panic attack over missing my eviction court time and Allison at the County Clerks office helped calm me down and and sort through some information to help me feel at ease. I don’t normally leave reviews but Allison was a friendly voice I needed to hear today. Thank you!!
