This used to be a great theater but it’s very worn down. The seats are all worn and the food and drink prices are outrageous. The bathroom is on another floor so it’s not easy to get out during the movie.

We went to watch the demon slayer movie at 6pm-9pm. First time being in this theater, the screen was huge and showed the graphics very well. Seats were very comfy. It has a button where you can adjust the incline of your seat. I didn't get any concession snacks but it smelled really good. The theater was kind of empty, nothing compared to NYC movie theaters. I went to the bathroom and it was empty but very clean. It was a little eerie since it was empty but other than that I had a good time!

This theater is in shambles every time I go. Seats (both bathroom and in the screen rooms) are grimy and often broken. Has a luxury facade because of its location, but is pretty substandard inside. I need to start going elsewhere, especially when the cost of tickets are rising but the standard isn’t.

Used to be my go-to theater, but it has really fallen off in the last 5 years or so. They still have a good selection of movies but, as many reviews have mentioned, they have a pretty egregious mouse problem. To be fair, most movie theaters have mice—I just saw one the other day in one of the brand new theaters at Coolidge—but seeing (and hearing!) multiple mice scurrying around practically non-stop throughout a movie is not acceptable. Even more concerning than the mice, though, is the mold in theater 2 (and apparently theater 5?). Last time I was in theater 2, there was a big patch of black mold above the screen on the left hand side, which I assume hasn’t been taken care of yet. I’ve sat through a few movies in theater 2 and the air was so noticeably musty that I covered my face with my shirt the whole time. This is a health issue, and they really should close down the problem theaters until the mice and mold are addressed. When I asked the manager about it, he had an extremely bad attitude, which didn’t make me feel much better. Doesn’t Landmark have enough money to not let this beloved theater continue to deteriorate? I will not be returning until I hear these issues have been resolved.

The courtyard leading into this cinema is new and beautiful. The cinema lobby is normal looking. The bathrooms had half the stalls with "out of order" signs on the doors, the first working stall I went in had a broken toilet seat, the stalls are very cramped, one of the two soap dispensers was empty, graffiti, just kinda dingy and outdated. The theater seats are old and peeling apart. Two seats right in the middle of the theater had white tarps over them that said "Out of order." The seats only recline a bit and you can't put your feet up. There's mice. Overall, ew. Don't forget to validate your parking garage ticket in the lobby. It's just a do it yourself kiosk that scans your parking pass and applies the discount, so you don't have to go see a movie or anything. Brings the parking garage price for a few hours from $37-40 down to $3 or $4.
