Have great pet areas and allow pets. Older hotel. Biggest negative was the a/c only worked on high and was super loud. Bathroom door didn't shut all they, mirror was cracked and shower was just odd. Great price! Beds were comfy and room was clean. Very nice staff.

They will accommodate customers when they can (handle packages, early check-in, etc). It's the little things that the other hotels will sometimes fuss about. Conveniently located on main drag of Sierra Vista, AZ. They are competitively priced comparable to similar hotels in area.

We were in Sierra Vista to visit family. I and my daughter stayed here. She had her room and I had mine. For the general, the rooms were nice..!! But, my room had dust bunnies behind headboard ( looking for plug-in) and the in-take vent needed the filter changed( trying to find why there was no cool air). Next day, we found out they didn't have AC. (In AZ???) But, on the whole, it was a nice stay.

The room was clean but outdated. The A/C stopped working in the middle of the night causing the room to get very hot to the point that the outside temperature was cooler than our room was. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable as the sheets were very rough and felt stiff. They had a refrigerator with a freezer in the room abd it worked. Late check in was not a problem. They had fresh hot coffee in the office in the morning.

Some of the negative reviews here read like they were written by people who expected the Ritz-Carlton… in a small town… for hotel prices. Come on. This place is actually a gem. The rooms are clean, the property’s well-kept, and the staff? Super responsive—like, faster-than-my-last-text-back responsive. I’ve stayed here multiple times and never had a single issue. Housekeeping does their job right, every time, no passive-aggressive towel art needed. Now, let’s talk prices. Other spots nearby are charging $100–$150 a night during the week—and even more on weekends. For what? A “continental breakfast” that’s just cereal in a plastic bowl? No thanks. This place is reasonably priced, reliable, and doesn’t pretend to be something it’s not. That’s a win in my book
