I have their card, will be taking 8 flights this year with them, so far, 2 of them have had issues flying home. They rush us onto the plane, close the door, and they tell us to sit while they fix an issue on the plane. This is B.S. they should be maintaining their planes better. Service has been horrible so far and when you call their customer service, you will be DISAPPOINTED!! I will be canceling my card with them when all the paid flights have been completed, SAD!!

Diane at Jacksonville International Airport is an absolute legend. She went above and beyond to help us transfer our bags from a canceled United flight to a JetBlue one. She made sure everything went smoothly, personally followed up, and even confirmed our bags would arrive with us at our destination. The world seriously needs more people like Diane.

Parents were traveling and Dad not speaking well English had a wheelchair that we requested through Qatar Airways and purchased tickets on Amex travel website. The Ticket Counter Agent were not friendly at all! We supposed to ask for wheelchair service. and then The Boarding passes seats were far away from Each other on all segments. When i asked to change the agent said that they need to change it before boarding. But i explained that they don't speak English well. And the flight was 24 hours with a stop over in Qatar Doha. SO they have been all time seating far. Even we asked that Our Mother is supposed to take care of him. We did not plan to buy tickets on Jetblue all since it is a low cost bad service airline.

Had the worst experience with JetBlue Jacksonville they didn't know the flight laws while working for an airline made me miss my flight and didn't allow me to board my flight even though i had everything in order and was 3 hours early to my flight and made me miss it and also had to pay extra to fly from Miami instead because of them this experience while being a Jacksonville resident is the worst JET BLUE TEACH YOUR MANAGERS AND YOUR WORKERS INTERNATIONAL LAWS OF TRANSIT THIS IS A DISGRACE TO JACKSONVILLE AND THE AIRPORT if i could i would give them a 0 star i would
