    I had driven to NS NORFOLK twice to purchase tickets. I was told both times to wait for an email and never received it. I received it hours later and called them back, but was told they had canceled it. I then went to this location, told them what I wanted, paid, and received a paper copy of confirmation within 10 minutes.
